Jessie Hayes who is a mother of 3 has created a name for herself in the beauty industry by taking her passion for skincare and founded the first facial bar and Acne Clinic in Metro Detroit. Skinphorea is the new concept Facial Bar for the person on the go that has no time to disrobe and can get professional skin care services for $59 with no appointment needed. Skinphorea has over 5k clients, 200 monthly VIP’s and a wait list for their popular 90 day acne bootcamp. She has created customized Acne Kits for hundreds of clients across the country. 

Hayes has provided jobs and onsite training to over 35 metro Detroiters. She is a Goldman Sachs Alumni; voted class speaker for Cohort 13, Build Institute Alumni and served as a speaker at Detroit Start up week on “How to pitch your business”. Hayes has been featured in Black Enterprise, Rolling out Magazine and DBusiness. She was named 2019’s Diversity Business Leader by Corp Magazine, recognized as the top 40 under 40 by the Michigan Chronicle and a featured honoree for Who’s Who in Black Detroit.
